I drove up a couple months ago got my front brakes and rotors changed within 15 minutes. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I'll be calling Friday for rear brakes and rotors.
Today I got my car serviced at Mack’s shop. Mr. Carpenter assisted me in explaining what was wrong with my car and why it was making that awful noise. I ended up changing my brakes and rotors because of his excellent and honest advice and impeccable customer service. Because of Mr. Carpenter service today and many other times over the last 4 years I continue going to Mack’s shop, my go to for all suspension services. I also love that he provided me with warranty on the brakes and work!
