Did this provider rush your appointment? No Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes, I was able to rinse Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
