The food is great... When you can get waited on.. The service sucks.
I will admit the chicken is the best and about the only place my husband will eat fried chicken from, but that is where the good ends. Tonight I specifically ordered gravy with our takeout and of course, it wasn't in the bag when I got home. Another time our takeout was given to someone else and we waited over 45mins for the order to be ready! But we got 1 free piece of pie for that double wait time-wow! I'm not impressed with how that was handled at all! Given my choice, I wouldn't buy from them again!
My wife and have a regular routine we eat breakfast on Sat. and Sun. I don't mind that you can only get scrambled eggs on Sunday I don't only go in there to eat but it just feels like family. Sometimes if the waitresses see us pull up and before we get in the restaurant they have our drinks sitting at our regular table. Now that is service! I think my favorite dinner sandwich is the breaded chicken sandwich with fries and slaw . I really haven't had a bad meal any time I've eaten there.
