Outdated hotel. Needs major upgrade
RecommendedI’ve have always wanted to stay at this hotel (for name only) and I finally got to. The room is great. The staff is wonderful. I got the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years. I look forward to coming back!
Older hotel but you can't beat the views from your private balcony. Indoor pool was huge and WARM, with a hottub too.

Always wanted to stay here since I was a kid! Finally did it and regret ever doing so! The staff could care less about you or your stay. Found a bunch of roaches all over and when I told them and showed them pictures, they basically shrugged it off. I told two different associates and the last one ignored me and answered the phone and walked away. Never will I stay at any of there owned properties, I’d rather stay at a cheap hotel that’s at least clean and friendly.
just returned from our first stay at The Carousel..overall very nice stay! rooms were spacious, we had an oceanfront on the first floor, although we couldn't see the ocean from our room it was only steps away. enjoyed the fire pits in the evening and with the great weather so glad the outdoor pool remained open!
We were very pleased with our stay! Room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom was clean. Ocean view room was nice that you could still see and hear the ocean but not oceanfront. The Front desk staff was super friendly, we arrived several hours early and called to see if they had a room ready to which they did!! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub and having beach access from the hotel. The Starbucks at the snack kiosk was also a plus along with homemade donuts for the kids!
