I usually like going to this hotel but this year I thought the staff at the desk was not really nice but we got checked in I was extremely disappointed request towels sent to my room set them outside the doors between your hours of service because I guess they don't do room service anymore but all I said was bring some towels last year they could do that for me they I also thought the lady was very rude on the phone about the towels set them in a bag outside my room I had to just take some off the cleaning cart that were in ... read more

Stayed here 2 times and will NEVER COME BACK! First time I had 2 little kids with me and every time we came back from the beach ( tired, overstimulated and hungry) THE KEYS DIDNT WORK. I had to get new keys 4 times in a week. Each time front desk gave me an attitude about it as if it was my fault . Believe me, the last thing I wanted to do was to go back down to the lobby for a key after an exhausting solo parent trip to the beach with a baby and a toddler. Carousel is amazing for a family vacation!! Great location and plenty to do on the premises. The kids really enjoyed the ice skating and being right on the beach. The restaurants on site do not offer vegan options but that would be the only compliant!
