I highly recommend Carousel Pediatric Dentistry for children. My daughter was recently seen there for her first dental visit, and the entire encounter was fun. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming, the hygienist and her dentist made sure she was calm and comfortable. The ambiance is very child friendly, with decorated walls, toys, and even a TV on the ceiling that keeps them entertained and distracted the whole time with their favorite cartoon of choice. I'm happy I chose Carousel!
To start, the facility is easy to find and the front staff are so friendly. They are so kid focused and you can feel how much they love their jobs. Both the doctor and hygienist were patient, understanding and thorough in their explanations to ensure my child was comfortable every step of the appointment. Nothing but positive things to say! Thank you!
Wonderful experience. We had a bigger/ more involved appointment and everyone was great. Dr. Kyle explained all the potential treatment options in a kind and thorough way. Dr. Parmale was wonderful as well. She made the process as quick and easy as it could be. All of our questions were answered well. Very thankful for the team at Carousel.
My son has a really hard time with new places/people. when we first got their he had a meltdown and was crying to go home. after some coaxing to get him back to the room, Bailey was great about explaining everything and letting my son touch/use the tools to help him feel comfortable. Dr. Katie was very patient with him when he was just over the whole thing by the time she came in.
