I attempted to book an appointment here as a new patient with an active, in-network Principal insurance plan. I was told that the earliest available appointment is months away in November. To make matters worse, the office demanded an upfront $75.00 deposit just to schedule the visit.As an insured patient whose policy covers routine preventive care, being hit with an unexpected $75 out-of-pocket fee just to hold a calendar slot is completely unreasonable. In my late 40s, I just got my first cavity. I already had excellent experiences with cleanings at Carondelet Park Dental Care but needed a filling for the first time. I didn’t realize I was going to have a small panic attack. It unexpectedly came on all of a sudden. In retrospect, my past includes bad experiences with several medical doctors, culminating in one who accidentally punctured my aorta during a cancer surgery. I recently got dental insurance, so I called here to get established and to let them know about a tooth infection I’ve been dealing with for a while. They were able to get me in the same day. The front office staff member was very nice, and the dental assistant was incredibly sweet. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Marc Boivin was also very kind. I really enjoyed my experience. It was my first time at this office and I have no complaints. Everyone was friendly! My dental hygienist was amazing loved her! The dentist was welcoming as well!

I can’t recommend this dental place enough! I’ve been there 4 times already & the staff are all truly “amazing”! Everyone is so knowledgeable & down to earth. They are very honest with you about what they recommend for your teeth. Some of these corporate owned dentists want to sell you thousands of dollars worth of work. Run fast from those places like I did! If you’re in need of a dentist you should give them a try.
