The worst office manager and provider Marvin Depas np, they don't return calls when you're sick, they don't know how to file with Medicare, charge for labs that are medically necessary, file as routine, they are rude, they don't return calls, they cannot care less

My doctor Katie Artz , was wonderful. The surgery went great. After surgery visits were great, very professional, If I could give her a higher ratings I would. Her and her staff was very helpful, polite, friendly etc. Thanks DR Artz.

After being jerked around on time and date for appointment. I arrived at an empty waiting area. Only to be told since I was 15 min late I'd have to reschedule. Now I have to wait 26 days for a blood test that was needed immediately. Maybe if I stroke out before they manage to see me. Someone will take a hard look at this place!

I ask them to borrow a wheelchair. My husband can't walk. Broken tibia. They said No, not their patient. I said what do I do if he falls trying to get in bldg? She, said, I don't know, not our patient. Awful brown ladies 3! Told me to go talk to property manager, see if they would me! Office was locked. 6565 corondelet office.

PLEASE read before you go. Wow. I mean, wow. What a terrible facility. I went in for an office visit for a few referrals that I was curious about. I had just gotten insurance for the first time in my life, so I was excited to finally explore healthcare options. My appointment was at 1, I arrived early at 12:45 to turn in paperwork and documentation, as requested by the front desk.
