First of all ~ this group made sure I was seen quickly for an infection in my foot ~ and I was a new patient!! Katie, in particular, went out of her way to get me in the same day. Kristen Finley, NP stayed late to be sure I was seen. She was empathetic, skilled and very professional. I left with detailed written instructions on how to take care of the wound. Their new policy is when you call in you cannot get a person. You have to leave a voicemail and they will call you back. I was lost and needed to talk to a person so they could tell me where to go. I kept calling and no one would answer and I just had to leave a voicemail. Took me an hour to find where I needed to go and if somebody had answered it would have only been 5 minutes. When I got to the office and I asked about it they said that is their policy and there is no way to get a hold of a person.
I had a consult with Tom Nelson thinking I needed a knee replacement. Dr Nelson advised that he thought a clean up surgery and some physical therapy could have a positive impact and delay the need for a replacement. He was right, I had the minor surgery and my knee is now at about 85% from about 40%. This was about a year ago, very happy with the service and skill of Dr Nelson.
