I have been to treatment myself, but needed to get my family member into a facility, and the intake staff have been excellent. Alix Raymond was fantastic at responding, took so much stress off my family about bringing them in, and went out of their way to make sure things were getting done and that we were okay and taken care of. EDIT: Also, in response to "Alice A's" comment, Alice A is just a pseudonym that my husband used to post another review. I want to stress that Eric Goldstein did his job and was a complete professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed care for a loved one during a difficult time. We may question whether the actions of Eric Goldstein, collaborating with Caron, were unprofessional and if they warrant license revocation. However, the facts are undeniable: Eric Goldstein had known the patient appropriately 7 hours prior to the incident. As a visitor to the Emergency Department, Eric Goldstein lied to hospital staff, claiming to be family, so as to gain access to the patient who had previously and repeatedly refused further communication with him. After witnessing the events described below, it is my opinion that the third-party intervention team led by Eric Goldstein of Gold Care Navigation, Inc., collaborating with Caron Transformational Care, has committed mental health and emotional violations, severe ethical breaches, and likely criminal acts.
