Heather Caron was an excellent, caring lawyer. She catered to my needs and listened to my feelings. My case was dragged out (on the opposing side) and she was honest and forthcoming as she knew it was costing a lot of money. Her assistant was often frustrated with me as I am terrible with technology but never Heather. In fact she accomedated my needs and found a way around my technology issues. I would highly recommend Heather, she knows her stuff and actually cares!
Not trustworthy, very messy office, losing documents, and triple charging for reviewing documents. She easily lies to you. Have everything in email; she denies things she says on the phone. Very untrustworthy. Stay clear! Willing to lie to protect abusers and will drag the legal process out to line her own pockets.
If you want an advocate and someone to look after your best interests, in a fair and equitable manner...keep looking! Opposing counsel mopped up with this lawyer's help! What was supposed to be a straight forward mediation turned into a very expensive gong show. My separation ended up costing me three time what was approximated. This Lawyer also did not know the CRA is required to approve the reduction of tax, at source, which is a 3 to 5 month approval process.
