What an awsome shop! I stopped by Carons to make an appointment to get my GMC truck (that I got there) fixed. I was shocked when Terry (service manager) who has often taken great care of my wife when her car (that she bought there) has had minor problems, asked me if I had time to pull in to get the problem fixed:-) I went in and caught up with the staff who all strike me as good, kind and competent people, what a bonus. Best customer service I've ever had. After purchasing my last two vehicles from Caron, I really can't imagine myself shopping anywhere else in the future. Especially after they went above and beyond to fix my Cruze after the gas pedal snapped off at the base. They got the part in no time and had me back on the road as fast as they possibly could, and even gave me an incredible rate for the fix. Absolutely the best dealership in the area!

Took my 2008 Ford Fusion in because it was driving weird and and pulling to the side. Ended up being a bent rim and they helped me find a used one to replace it with so it wouldn't cost me a fortune and when I went to pick my car up they had even detailed it for me.

Took my 2003 lifted truck in because I thought it needed an alignment. Ended up needing a new tie rod. They got it done quickly and kept me updated on how it was going the whole time was in an out less than hour Caron Chevrolet is out standing , employees are very nice they have a very out standing waiting room while your there I was very satisfied with their business.
