After another clinic refused to see my mother because they said she was Covid Symptomatic (she was not!) my sister suggested we go to this clinic. My mom has several medical conditions that deplete the iron in her blood and we needed to check her hemoglobin to see if she warranted blood transfusions. The visit itself was fine (physical and pap smear) however I was supposed to get an ultra sound because my thyroid was enlarged and I was supposed to get a call for an appointment, but never heard anything. I asked through the portal including a question about my medication but no response. (I did get some messages, but they ignored my questions they were unrelated).
