I moved here from Colorado and needed to transfer a title for my RV. It was a very time consuming process and the computer system was not playing along. Danielle H. Went out of her way and took the necessary time to make sure everything was done properly. She filled out all the forms and paperwork. She was very patient and very helpful and courteous. I had a difficult situation with trying to register my car in PA while living outside the state. They worked with me and my boyfriend to figure out a way to get the car registered. They are super polite, professional and efficient. I highly recommend working with them for any licensing needs in Lancaster area.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Carolyn's Notary Service and particularly to Adam. I came to transfer my New Jersey plates to Pennsylvania plates. But then I had trouble getting my old plates off. Adam was wonderful, helping me to get the old plates off and put new plate on. And the entire office staff was wonderful, warm and friendly! Kudos to everyone! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
