Great attention, kindness and service
I highly recommend Dr. Wolff. My two daughters love going to her office since they were 3 years old. Dr. Wolff is doing an amazing job keeping us safe during this pandemic. As moms we need to understand that for our safety parents are not allowed to come into the office with our kids. I actually appreciated that in our last visit. The less people my kids see in an office the better. Thank you for doing it Dr. Wolff.
I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic, but when I ask on the phone if I can go back with my four year old while wearing my mask they said no we can’t guarantee it, we don’t know how many people will be back there. Well scheduled me to make sure I can. The lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t care that my son would be terrified. Most adults don’t like going to the dentist, but you expect a 4 year old to be ok with it by themselves. We will be finding a more accommodating dentist if this isn’t addressed.
Highly recommend Dr. Wolff and her staff. My boys have loved (yes the dentist!) going to the office. They always take extra time to address all our questions and concerns...and provided candid feedback on the boys oral hygiene practices. Very fortunate to have found such a gem to help navigate through baby teeth, lost teeth. surgeries and braces!
