The staff is so warm and kind. Caroline Ricketts is great. She is so sweet and really cares about my wellbeing. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help keep my health up to par. They all have a role and they execute their duties. They get back with you asap. Alisha the pharmacist is on top of her game too. She explains everything and helps me stay on top of my meds. You won’t be disappointed! They all ROCK!!!💯
I’ve been coming here for some years now and I love it! I’ve never had an issues. They are always so welcoming. You won’t be sitting in the office for hours waiting, they also help resolve any issues you have going on. I always feel listened too, they will suggest something but always listens to what I think about it. They’re always considering their patients and the patients thoughts. I love this office and will not go anywhere else.
VRI ASL interpreter is slow. Need to improve to communicate with the nurse/doctor
