New patient. Still in disbelief at how poorly this doctor conducted herself. Needs to be trained on basic professionalism and patient respect. Waited almost two hours past my appointment time, and when I stepped out to ask the nurse how much longer it would be, she yelled through a wall that she was too busy and I could either wait another hour or reschedule. Very disappointed with this doctor.She lied on my medical record when 3 orthopedic doctors said that I’m not a candidate for bilateral knee surgery until I have range of motion in knees. Put me on kinds of pain meds that I had terrible, uncomfortable side effects. She wrote everything opposite of what we talked about Dr. Long wrote untrue things on my medical record which I’m getting amended. She only listened to be right and not what my needs are. I should NOT have to keep prompting your office to do your job and make sure my prescriptions are ready and not go days without critical medication because you don’t respond to the pharmacy. Your service is atrocious.
