I should NOT have to keep prompting your office to do your job and make sure my prescriptions are ready and not go days without critical medication because you don’t respond to the pharmacy. Your service is atrocious.
Dr. Long is great! She asks detailed questions and makes sure medication is still managing the condition as it should. She spends time with you and isn’t afraid to work late hours to meet all of her appointments.
