Just met Dr Thomas but was favorably impressed with the depth of care which was far beyond the reason for my visit. Not just a cosmetic surgeon but a cancer specialist who couples both expertises.
This review is for Dr. Thomas’ staff. From day 1, they’ve dropped the ball. Couldn’t get anyone to return my calls for the initial appt, so I had to come in person. Didn’t get the portal set-up until I kept asking, though it turns out to be the main form of communication. Seems insignificant but they’ve never once called my name correctly or even attempted to. All of it is inefficient, unsympathetic and impersonal and only further adds to the emotional distress of this entire situation. Mostly recently, set me up for an appo... read more
Dr. Thomas has always been very kind, caring and spends plenty of time explaining every treatment option and procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone.
