So, the staff they’re all really nice and friendly. I just felt like I was confused the entire time I was in there about what was covered by insurance and I sometimes felt as if they were just trying to get money out of me very slyly. I was honest about not being at the dentist for a very long time so I feel like they took that to their advantage. It really is disappointing as a care provider that I felt this way in your establishment especially during this pandemic.
