Carolyn Cain has got to be the worst attorney I have EVER dealt with. Litigation to avoid costly trial? Are you busy for the next FOUR years?! If the thought of going to court for the next four years doesn't bother you - how about spending upwards of 15 to 17 thousand dollars in all those filing fees? I hired Carolyn to help me out with a bunch of probate issues i was having with my family estate that my father left for us. Well she dove right in and before i knew it, she had everyone in my family pissed off at me and she wasnt even doing what i asked her to take care of.
