I wish we had never contacted this doctor. Her SW called us a month ago as this was their protocol to do a phone screening first before booking an appointment. We spent a good 30 mins on the phone and gave them all of our child’s information. The SW said the office would contact us for an appointment. It’s been a month and we didn’t even hear a single word from them.
