After a game of phone tag, I finally spoke to Carol directly and booked an appointment for Saturday at 1pm. When I arrived, I was told that Carol called earlier saying that she made a mistake and accidentally booked me for Wednesday - and to let me know when I arrived. Seriously? Carol couldn't have called me? She let me waste the entire morning and drive all the way over, just to have someone else tell me? Not kind, to me OR to her coworker. I won't be back.
