The food was ok...but I am a senior and my mother is a senior.. my husband bought item off regular lunch menu .. my mom and I wanted a veggie plate .. they don’t offer a senior veggie plate so I ask if we could order off the kids menu .. I was told NO My question then was .. if I only want a kids portion then why do I have to be 12 or under ... Best hot beef sandwich I have had in years ❤️ Staff is very friendly. Homey atmosphere! Definitely a return place to dine.

I've read the reviews. Some bad but most are complimentary. My family has been going to Carolines for many years. They were a lifesaver for me while I was working. Always a hot meal and different choices which allowed me to stay on my diet. Every restaurant has bad days, but one or two experiences does not tell the whole story. The story is, a family atmosphere and home cooking. The waitresses gets overwhelmed sometimes, but that's because so many people wants to eat there. I had high hopes going here but after waiting 40+ minutes for simple breakfast it wasn't worth the wait anymore. We left before our food was even ready and weren't the first to do so. Not a single table on our half of the restaurant had food in front of them. Staff was friendly but will not be returning.
The wait was way to long the food tasted like it had frozen and just warm up but even at that we had too a very long time
