My car was there for 2 months to be fixed and nothing got done. (Went there to be recalibrated but other “auto tech” issues came up) so for at least 2 months my car was just basically sitting there. It then got towed to Brighton Mazda(as we put in a formal complaint with our insurance company as, they were telling us Mazda CS was “ordering parts” - which was not true as I just got off the phone to them and they didn’t know what the problem was with my car as they still have to do testing. Booked in for a 30K service and was given a service price only to then be called from the service department advising me that the process involved in the service had changed along with the price. In the end, the initial quoted price was charged regardless of the different requirements necessary for the service reflected in the more expensive price.
Recently I purchased my new car from Caroline Springs Mazda. I could not be happier with the experience from the very beginning Rick & Andrew were professional and supportive this made the process smooth and stress free. Rick & Andrew took the time to answer my questions & listened to what my needs were.the staff at the dealership were supportive, respectful and fun never pushy allowing me to enjoy the experience of purchasing the right car.
