Mazda Car is great but this CS dealership are all smiles and super helpful during the sale, but the moment you drive off the lot, the customer service completely vanishes. The customer service is awful, the manager Zac is completely rude, and they make it as difficult as possible to claim valid warranties. Getting them to honor a warranty claim is an absolute nightmare. Zero stars for after-sales care. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Xavier and he was fantastic to deal with!! Nothing was too difficult. The past owner had not provided service books, Xavier went to the trouble of finding the service history of the car (services they had done at other Mazda outlets) - and allowed me to get the vehicle checked over.
