Booked in with them, explained to them that the 2013 jeep is immobilised, on tow truck from geelong, and that it requires a ECU reflash to fix the problem (Im a ex jeep tech). Explained that it need to wait for it, agreed to it. Arrive at the dealer and say that need to remove it from the tow truck and need it for the day. explained that the steering is locked and its not movable. The reflash will take 5 mins at most. Very disappointed on the support the dealers give to private workshops.

Well not impressed, we found a broken clip near the air filter (new clean break) And they never picked up that the water nozzle to the windscreen wiper was broken
