Just bought a new car and dealing with Will Lay was a great experience. Very approachable and straightforward guy. Also, other team members were nice including manager. Will recommend them.
After having 3 jeeps always serviced at Werribee when they was in business was great service. Last few at Caroline Springs, 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee just out of Warranty and Got a specialist to look at it and Clear clearly nothing has been done in regards to previous services from Jeep Caroline Springs. Really disappointed the car is not a good health now and now I’m spending a lot of money trying to repair it. Will contact Jeep Australia in regards to these issues and hopefully they get resolved.
