Serial liars! 2 hours over schedule with no apology, no recognition just plain lack of general customer service, empathy and sense of urgency. Was told 2.5 hours, was 4.5 hours. Wasted a day off work, had I known the truthful timeframe for repair, I would have made a different decision. Twice bitten by this service department. Don’t bother with them, find a service provider that treats you well and actually wants to retain your custom.
