Very good ribs and large portions!
We recently got brisket and St Louis ribs delivered to our house in Ferndale for my 70th birthday party and we were very happy. The food was delicious and delivered hot and moist. Our guests were all suitably impressed with the quality and the quantity. We made our own sides but would gladly order from them next time. It was great BBQ at a great price.
I ordered Mac n cheese and it was the best that I have ever tasted. The cheese used was vegan. The texture was smooth and creamy and each spoonful that I ate just melted in my mouth. It was so lightweight and tasty. I have tried other Mac n cheese recipes and after eating one helping, I would experience the fullness but not with this Mac n Cheese. I strongly recommend this side. Caroline and John Catered our wedding in May 2019, and We could not be happier! The food was soooo delicious, and they really worked with us to stay within our budget, all while providing excellent food and service. I would definitely recommend Caroline's for any occasion! Best Brisket Ever! We also got the pulled pork and bacon wrapped chicken, all amazing!
