Overall it was a great experience with the dr, nurses, everyone was so friendly, with the exception of the person checking patients in for the hand/wrist window. She was not friendly, and was very clear she didn't want to be there. That is your first experience with this place, and being my first time here, I was concerned everyone else was going to be this way since that person is the face of your business. Luckily that was not the case and every interaction after that was amazing.
Dr. Caroline Triepel has been my hand doctor for many years. She and her staff have always been kind, efficient, and professional. Dr. Triepel truly cares about her patients!
Dr Triepel is very professional and very personal. She is the first hand doctor to take my pain seriously. She was able to find the real damage in my hand and as a result my pain is under control.
Dr. Tripped was very thorough & I will be going back to see her! Highly recommend her!!
