Dr. Lau provided exceptional care during my recent pregnancy and delivery. As I had a high-risk pregnancy, Dr. Lau was very attentive to all my concerns and questions. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Lau. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to her patients. My pregnancy was high-risk, and Dr. Lau was always there for me, offering reassurance and guidance every step of the way. She made sure I was connected to MFM right away and went out of her way to review my scan results with me as soon as they came in, often the same day. She’s a nice woman, but as a doctor I don’t really feel taken care of. A lot of things seem to be out of her knowledge, which she’ll openly say. I understand she’s a very young doctor but I wish she had more urge to dig deeper in my diagnosis or at the very least refer me somewhere for the concern. She’s polite, and She’ll say I don’t know and that’ll be that. No recommendations for other doctors, tests, nothing. Is it my job to ask for tests I don’t know I should take? Watching your bill, their office did something under the table. And if you have any question mark about your bill, they became very offensive and rude. They didn’t claim all of your bill from your insurance company. You will pay more than you should pay.
Dr. Lau was wonderful. She has a great bed side manner and took time to understand my concerns. She is well educated and very knowledgeable
