I haven’t any issue with time or sharing my medical concerns with my health or wellbeing with Dr.Cella or intern Carlie . Staff seems to be very helpful to me & everything is more than appreciated.
My chief complaint is about the employees at Dr. Cella's office, located at Johnston-Willis hospital. The employees are apathetic, uncaring and even rude. The communication from Cella's office to me, to my pharmacy and to referred care was horrendous. A recent example is when I had COVID-19 and was eligible to receive monoclonal IV therapy. Cella's office failed to get me properly scheduled and therefore, I had to go the ER as my symptoms were worsening. She spends a lot if time and asks great questions. She addresses all of my concerns, explains things well, and has excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Cella.
Dr Cella has been my primary physician for many years. My last visit was for a cyst that ruptured and was getting infected. She allowed her staff to make an appointment on short notice, cleaned the cyst and gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory med until my previously scheduled appointment with a dermatologist.
Dr. Cella is always helpful, responsive, and patient and I always feel she truly cares about me and my health concerns. She is approachable and respectful and really wants to hear and respond to any concern I may have.
I have been Dr Cellas patient for nearly 30 years and I have trusted her care.
I have recommended Dr. Cella. She is a good physician.
