DO NOT COME HERE! Unethical Dr. performed surgery on my dog and refused to give him post surgery medicine. Very unethical and inhumane. Botched the surgery and still tried to charge me over $1,000. Treated me with the lowest level of professionalism. Please take your animal to a vet that puts the wellbeing of the animal above his income.

took my dog for dental work after being recommended by our specialist. she is auto-immune and her health is very sensitive. she can not have vaccines as it will cause a relapse. not only did my dog receive a vaccine in their care, I was not notified of this prior to. they unapologetically said simply that is "may not" cause a relapse this time. That is baby. a doctor would never vaccinate a human with out parent authorization. I have spent thousands on this dogs health for blood work, medicines, and check ups. HOW DARE THESE... read more

Business response:

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your pets visit. We did waive all vaccines we normally require patients to have when having procedures in our hospital. However, as it was approved on your Medical Treatment Plan, we were by NC law obligated to administer a rabies vaccination in order to treat your baby. The specialty hospital recommended us because we are experienced in high risk cases and her procedures and recovery went great. We hope you both are well and feel free to contact us for more info or questions,... read more

My dog Riley was literally dying a week ago from a ruptured tumor the size of soft ball that had developed on her spleen. Dr. Watson made time to see us and stabilized Riley until they could operate in the morning. She has bounced back like the surgery never happened, and she's 13 years old. I can't thank the staff at Carolina Veterinary Medical enough, their professionalism combined with their compassion saw us through.

Carolinas Veterinary Medical Hospital is the most wonderful Pet Hospital. They have taken care of our Bullies for over 10 years. They do not perform unnessary treatments or surgeries. They care more about my Bullies than they do making money. Thank you Dr. Watson and all of his staff. Ruby June and Roxy Anne love you.

Being treated like a friend instead of a customer. Always caring for my dogs needs with daycare, food, treats and medicine. She wags her tail going in and wags it going out. Never a moments hesitation to go to the vet!
