I'm a member of another bank in addition to Telco and there's just no comparison. Can't say enough good things. Been a member of the Raleigh branch since birth as my mom worked in Telecom company there. I appreciate the small town feel where they know you by name when you walk in yet are responsive by email and most everything can be done on mobile now.
I have been a member since 1969. All employees are just wonderful, not ever a bad experience.
