I have been a member for the last 2 years and as of late the representatives have been dis honest and when you have an issue they just try to pass it on to the next person instead of helping you resolve it. I am telling anyone that has ears!!! I no longer recommend this institution and will be telling all of my family and friends and hopefully they close their accounts!
