RecommendedGreat customer service. They remember my name when to go in before I ever get to the front. Leigh Anna is awesome to work with when I want to buy a vehicle or get a loan. They’ve kept the individual customer focus where big banks have failed. Continue to grow and add services. Been with them 25 years or so and I couldn’t be happier with CTFCU.

I recently joined this credit union because my son recommended them. I’ve been a member of two other credit unions for many years. Both have changed names a couple of times and the customer service was severely lacking. I decided to give this one a try and used Carolinas Telco for a car loan. Wow!! Besides getting a marvelous loan rate, I was blown away by the awesome customer service I received. I mean, it was genuinely fantastic!! I plan to close those other two accounts and just use Carolinas Telco from now on!!

CTFCU might not have all the fancy bells and whistles that some large banks do, but they have heart and truly care about their members. Your local branch knows your name and will take time to do what’s in your best interest. I have had Carolina Telco for maybe 5 years and have never had any issues . I have my car loan through them along with my primary checking with them and everything has been great including the customer service. If I had to give one negative it would be the outdated mobile app along with not being supported by ApplePay. With the current pandemic touch less payments are key. This bank here is the bees knee. I have never had a issue and when I fell into financial troubles their exact words where "call us and we will help you fix it, just don't run from us" and that's when I dropped all my other banks and now I only bank with them. These ladies are the nicest women i have ever talked too. i love this bank. I'm so glad I joined! be safe ladies and thank you

I have been with them approximately 25 years and nothing but good customer service.
Be more willing to assist customers especially those who are dealing with a death and what to do only concerning accounts. Have gotten the run around for the last month since my Daddy died. This is at a ridiculous stage at this point
