I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent care and administrative service I have received at your office. While I have a deep respect for the nursing profession, I have found it increasingly difficult to get necessary assistance from the nursing staff here within Atruim Neurology. Recently an apt was canceled on Atruim's end due to the doctor not being able to return back to Charlotte (airport issues). Hours before my appointment I was notified of the canceled apt.
