For years, Carolinas IT has had an outstanding track record for excellent customer service and responsiveness to service tickets. Since being acquired by Logically, customer service has been unreliable, at best. Service techs don't seem to comprehend our issues like they did in the past, are often unable to resolve them in a timely manner, and have a habit of being extraordinarily condescending to our (especially female) staff members. Loved Carolinas IT. Cannot in good conscience recommend Logically.
