I happened to be upstairs for a different appointment and realized there was radiology here - and seeing as I had orders in asked about walk in wait times. Mooney(?) who helped me was an angel. I came with my two small kids and she stayed to help watch them in the hallway so I could do my X-rays, and Natasha the tech made sure we were in and out as fast as possible. Everyone was so kind, I was in and out within 15 minutes and am so appreciative of the care and consideration I received.
Very convenient as they are located downstairs from my provider. Great customer service.
From the greeting by the admissions team to the Xray technician, the experience was great.
I hesitated to come here because of the reviews, but I had no issues at all. In fact, I came in for a walk-in x-ray around 7:15am and was seen within 10-15 minutes. The front desk person that checked me in was very nice and efficient. Both techs were super nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. No complaints and will definitely come back if needed in the future.
Five star service! Such a relaxing, comfortable environment. I was nervous for the scan but the ladies helping me went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. If I ever need another scan, I would definitely return here.
