My heart goes out to all researching home health care options. We need compassionate help along the way, as this journey is challenging. Initially, we were stuck in a contract with a big company. The personal service and compassion were nonexistent. It's hard to relate to a call center in the Philippines. We were able, through a loophole, to switch our oxygen contract.
