I recently got a CPAP and SoClean, when I got the $375 SoClean home which is a hour away through Charlotte traffic it was damaged. I notified Carolina's Home Medical Equipment Inc. and they want me to drive back to replace it when I did nothing wrong. WATCH OUT THEY MIGHT SELL YOU DAMAGED EQUIPMENT!

The doctor prescribes a portable oxygen concentrator and they send out a fill station that my wife has no use for but all they want to do is charge the insurance company and it doesn’t matter to them if she gets what is needed
My doctor requested a bipap for me on 12/7. I called Carolina's Home Medical on the 14th. I heard NOTHING back! I have called them 2x today. Still NOTHING. I would say their customer service was poor but I can't as there has been none! Finally got a call back while writing this post! We shall see. I understand that insurance can take a while but why no call before now? Promised another call tomorrow and I expect follow through.
Don't use this company, the service is terrible. I've been waiting for supplies for weeks after multiple calls that had multiple excuses.
Just called them today. They want to charge a customer who is on Medicaid and medicare with limited income a large service fee to come out and repair his wheelchair after they have received thousands of dollars from Medicare and Medicaid for the chair and will receive hundreds of dollars from medicare and Medicaid for the parts and labor to repair the chair.
