My husband woke up not feeling well and decided it was time to go to the ER.... so I drive him.... they too him in IMMEDIATELY and ran an EKG.... he was having a heart attack!!!!! The Dr called for a team of folks and with in 15 min of arrival, he was on his way down to Charlotte to the heart specialist!!!!! They were going to Life Flight him but it was too foggy so they took him by ambulance! The ER doctor who treated me (Dr. Kroh) was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I waited several hours (during which time NO ONE took me seriously) only to be told that having a medical device missing somewhere in my body is “no big deal” to them. I left this hospital in more pain than I was in when I arrived, with no answers about the issue that brought me there to begin with. Very fast, quick to the point. My veins roll and the nurse missed it and went through a nerve. Causing my arm to be in mortal pain. I told her it was ok even though I felt like my arm was going to fall off. She was soooo sweet and caring. I give then a 10 tonight.

I always love coming here (when I absolutely have to). The staff and doctors are so professional and treat you with such kindness. I had a little accident last night and had to come into the ER and I was instantly taken back. Got X-rays and the doctor saw me all within the hour!! Turns out I broke my foot and they all took such great care of me. I especially love and appreciate all of the precautions they have taken and put into place during this Covid-19 pandemic.

I saw how HORRIBLE they treated a 16 year old with Mental Health Issues. THIS HOSPITAL IS THE WORST. I HOPE THE 2 "OFFICERS" involved go to jail, and the women who spoke on their behalf claiming it was justified to assault a teen. 😡 May the Lord deal with you

they treat you like trash and don't listen to you when you in pain just think you come there to get pain pills when you are really really hurting

Well what a night. I went into SVT at 1217... unfortunately I was not at home and had to go to lincoln. I will NEVER go again!!! Cardioverted at 0144 and discharged 0237 all because they wanted to give me tylenol that I was allergic to and I told them I was not taking it. I was supposed to finish fluid, get a prescription for metoprolol, and get my labs back, none of which happened!!! Thanks.... not really. I will not send my worst enemy there!!! Everything! I don't go anywhere else for my healthcare. I'm always treated with dignity and respect. The nursing staff, even though they're overworked and exhausted, treat me like I'm their only patient. The hospitalists take their time when they do rounds and make sure I understand what's going on. Robin, RN and Jim, CNAII on the 3rd floor are outstanding!
