RecommendedEverything! I don't go anywhere else for my healthcare. I'm always treated with dignity and respect. The nursing staff, even though they're overworked and exhausted, treat me like I'm their only patient. The hospitalists take their time when they do rounds and make sure I understand what's going on. Robin, RN and Jim, CNAII on the 3rd floor are outstanding!

I have an appointment for. Curbside INR testing and I’ve sat her outside by the black awning as I was told to do. I’ve been here almost and hr and no one has shown up and I’ve made 3 calls for help

Dr. Balmari didn’t send my refills in after my last checkup as she promised, and now I must have a televisit with another Dr. at my expense. It’s a med (valtrex) I take as needed, have taken for at least ten yrs. with no issues and currently have an acute need for. A simple refill is all i need. Very frustrating. Time to find a new Dr. and facility.
For starters, its administrators and employees should stop flouting the statutes, rules, and regulations intended to safeguard the rights of patients.

RecommendedShort wait time and superb care! Dr Irani, Vickey and entire staff give very personal care. Also, collaborate personally with other doctors involved in my mothers care. Highly recommend RIM!
