I had to wait due to an additional person who wasn't on the schedule but had an appointment card, but other than that it was great. Deidra is the best, love her... another nurse came in while I was waiting and didn't say anything to me, that was a bit uncomfortable.
I was so pleasantly impressed with this dental office. I say office and not just dentist is because every single person in that office was so nice and accomidating. I have severe anxiety going to the dentist (as i am sure many do) they made me feel special and relaxed. I did not even feel the numbing needles at all. They took me on an emergency basis and pulled 4 teeth. I can not express how much I would recommend this dentist office. Thank you Dentistry of the Carolinas Kannapolis, Christine

The best dentist office I have visited, nice employees, best dental service in the Carolina's. I will continue to get my dental needs here, you should too if you want the best service.
I loved it I will tell family and friends to come I was very satified I highly recommend dentist of the carolina's to people.
ALL of the staff was VERY friendly, polite and just amazing. I went in the office in pain and worried I would not be able to afford it. Our family is really struggling. They didnt brush me of, treat me bad and I didn't feel judged when they were told I didn't have much. I am sure they knocked the price down, they had to of. Extremely friendly. I WILL be going back. They are amazing. I am not a fan of the dentist but they make me feel comfortable.
The staff and Dr. Vu were fantastic. They took the time to explain everything. Very, very gentle. I have been quite a few dentists and will say that this was the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend their office to anyone who ask. Thank you Dentistry of the Carolinas!!!!!
I would first of all like to thank each & everyone at the Dentistry Of The Carolinas in Kannapolis for being such an amazing & wonderful team! Everyone there has always went above & beyond to help me! I think this dentist is by far the best dentist that I have ever had & I plan on staying with them forever & also telling anyone & everyone about them.
