We did one IVF cycle here with Dr. Messen and even though not successful Dr. Messen was great the whole time. I got to see him a lot compared to the other clinics I’ve been to where you hardly ever see a physician. He even called a few times to update me with things. He’s more straightforward but I would really recommend him. He went above and beyond to try and get a good outcome. The nurses were all wonderful and had superior communication also. We had a little bit of a bumpy start before IVF but things seemed to change. The nurses and Dr Mesen have all been absolutely incredible. Heather has been our primary nurse and she is such a blessing, honestly. Since we started IVF the time has honestly flown by and as hard as the process is mentally, it’s much easier with an amazing team on your side. Hoping to graduate next week but we look forward to making future babies with them, as well! 💜
We are so grateful for Dr Mesen and the amazing nurses and staff at CFI! Over the course of 16 months we received compassionate and individualized care. We truly could not have pictured a kinder staff, who went out of their way to ensure we felt heard and comfortable through each step on our path to parenthood. This was the worst experience in my life at a physician’s office. Dr. Mesen is by far the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, and impatient physician. Please do not take this review lightly. I left the visit feeling in complete violation. He was disinterested from the moment we stepped in his office. He spoke very rushed. He was negative the whole visit.
