Ms. Patrice is absolutely amazing. She needs to be cloned!!! She always makes you feel welcomed whenever you come into the office. My girls love her to and we have been coming this office for a long time. I’m sure she’s the glue of this office and holds it down. The doctor is amazing as well.
Actually baffled by my experience here. They took pictures of my eyes and did a pressure test, then the assistant FaceTimed my doctor….like he was never in the room, he was just dialed in on FaceTime he said based on one (1) instance of me reading five total letters on a screen that I for sure didn’t have vision issues. The whole appointment was actually a joke. Go elsewhere if you’re due for an eye exam. I received a call to pick up my glasses today. I came at 2:50pm and the door was locked and nobody ever answers the phone. The time outside said you are open until 4pm. Nobody told me you would be closed early when I received the call today. What a waste of my time and now I have to return again.

Absolute joke of a clinic. My eye doctor was working remotely so I couldn't even have him look at my eye. Then he tried to diagnose me over the phone WITHOUT even LOOKING at a picture of my eye. Just radically incompetent. He refused to get me any prescription (steroidal eye drops which have helped me before) because he said "someone needs to see you in person" Clearly the irony was lost on him. Do yourself a favor and stay away from just joke of a practice.
