I highly recommend Carolina Centers for Sight to everyone. Everyone is so wonderful and caring! I couldn’t make it to some appointments and all I did was reach out to them for my ear drop refills and they did it for me. They even gave me an emergency sample just in case. My husband was ill and the were just there for me and when I finally made it to my appointment they made sure that they took care of me very well.

Everyone from signing in to signing out was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed or hurried. Love this facility. Dr Ferguson couldn’t have been nicer.
If you are considering cataract surgery here and expect a coordinated, professional process that results in clear vision and properly fitted glasses, be prepared for a very different experience. I am now entering my third month of repeated back-and-forth with this office. What should be a standardized medical process has been marked by disorganization, poor follow-through, and a complete lack of accountability.
