The care of the staff is wonderful. Just be prepared for a long wait time (hours), and carry a snack in case you get hungry or thirsty. If you work, prepare for taking the whole day off. Our pre-op visit lasted 4 1/2 hours. The building is highly air conditioned also. There is a lot involved in eye care surgery and they prepared us well.

This was my first visit and I really would like to thank the staff they were very nice and pleasant. Dr. Seltzer was very kind he explain everything so that I understood exactly what I need to have done.

I had Lasik performed by Dr Greene. I had a great experience with both the Dr and the staff. It's a busy practice, so there is a bit of wait time. I only waited more than 20-30 minutes one time. I appreciate that Dr Greene takes his time with each patient rather than rush them along so he can remain punctual. I had a minor emergency and was able to speak to Dr Greene immediately when I called at 6:30 am! I have already recommended Dr Greene to others! My results have been life changing! I had a 1.5 hour wait to see Dr. V, the staff was pleasant, there was one lady I felt was sort of rude in her tone when I asked how much longer, but I was very pleased with my service and Dr. V is awesome.
