I came in with my positive pregnancy test and wanted to get a confirmation. The lady was rude and acted like I was lying about my pregnancy test and when I asked if she wanted to see it, she said she doesn’t need to see it. I will be taking my child other the any of the ob gyns around the Sumter or manning areas because none of the doctors in those areas care about there patients. Instead of listening to their patients they roll their eyes. If I DIDNT ALREADY KNOW I WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING ABOUT THAT WOMANS ATTITUDE.
I really hate this place. Please don't take your teenage daughter there for birth control. Terrible just Terrible....
To start off I do not like this place, but they are much better than sumter...I was going to sumter ob till I was 35 weeks pregnant and they discharged me because I refused a test that was my choice...so I ended up only going to carolinas for a few weeks and only met chandler, brown, Alan, Brittney...which neither delivered my little one, but I was truly blessed I went into labor April 16th 5 days ago and Lydia is who delivered my little one, she was amazing the best ob ever...I went in with the plan to go natural and she wa... read more
Worst place to go for your prenatal care as it relates to the administrative aspect . I left Sumter Obgyn to get my care here and I regret it. The phones always go unanswered. I have never experienced such level of incompetence. I have special request for my appointments and every time they book the same times I tell them I am not available. I am just so disappointed with the service . It is painful.
