Carolina volvo can improve by behaving in A professional manner. And taking responsibility for their actions. So far they have not done that.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Carolina Volvo, and I would highly recommend this dealership! Their customer service is truly remarkable. I live in TN and flew to Hilton Head to pick up the car, and Carolina Volvo sent someone to pick me up at the airport. The sales people really went above and beyond expectations to make the whole process of buying a car (especially from such a long distance away) straightforward, and easy. I give Carolina Volvo 6 out of 5 stars!!
Found the perfect car then it was sold out from under me due to a sales person who was not on the job. They will work with you to make a deal happen but a deal with out a car is useless.
