If I could leave them 0 stars I absolutely would. The front staff is extremely rude. The wait times are horrendous. I have dealt with them twice and both experiences were terrible. My most recent experience was bringing my injured kitten in to get checked out. I was put in a room not long after being there, but I sat in there for 3 hours. My dog has been through something terrible today and I don’t know what or what her current condition is. The triage nurse and the receptionist are hugely dismissive and at one point, essentially accused me of diminishing the significance of the critical status of non breathing animals entering the facility. My pet was actively distressed and vomiting only bile into the waiting room floor. I went a friend to have her dog euthanized because it was dying in pain. Was told when we called ahead to bring her on in. Waited over two hours in the car and then we're told it would be another 6 to 7 hour wait!!! We took the dog home to try and rest peacefully. These people have no compassion or empathy for the animals, they are strictly a for profit facility If it is an emergency clinic it should have adequate staff on hand to handle such!!!
