I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Humphrey. I brought my cat Jack in during a really scary situation after multiple urinary issues, and she was calm, thorough, and incredibly kind. She took the time to truly examine him, explained everything clearly, and never rushed or pressured me into decisions I was not ready to make. Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Nanfelt and her team are! We took our puppy, Milli, to their Huntersville location and were then referred to the Matthews location for an ultrasound. She was diagnosed with intussusception and required surgery. Throughout the entire process, they provided us with updates both before and after surgery, and the front desk team patiently answered all of our calls as very worried dog parents. I would never give a bad review to a Clinic that will accept your pet 24/7 , get them out of pain and call in who is deemed necessary. I brought Sandy my puggle in 3 months ago as she started yelping and screaming with movement., she had interaction with our other pet but I do not believe that was cause only aggravation of something that may have occured prior. 0 stars if I could how is it possible that I take to my dog to the vet for having a seizure after taking heartworm medication not once but TWICE. I let the vet tech and veterinarian know both times that she is taking heartworm medication and neither of those times did they mention or suggest for me to stop giving the medication. and also neither of those times did they mention that some heartworm medications have side effects such as SEIZURES!!!!!
