DO NOT go here! Money is #1 and customer care is nonexistent! We should have known better after an ER visit when my husband sat in the parking lot for 4 hours and couldn’t get an update on her. Finally, when he learned she was still in a waiting area, he went inside and had to demand they return her back to him. He took her to another ER Veterinary Hospital where the vet and staff kept us updated. Our WORST mistake was to take our dog back for a planned cataract surgery. I cannot recommend this place for "emergency services". Our dog has been waiting 4.5hrs with no end in sight. We were originally told within the hour. Now I'm told, still, "we have no idea, the doctors have their priority list." I think my dog with a broken wrist, unable to walk and stressed, has some level of priority above zero. They have no concern for my dog. People have come and go all day long. Horrible business. Here for the money, but not even remotely for the animal.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Highly dissatisfied!!! Worst place I've ever dealt with. We were on vacation from Texas, visiting family for Christmas and my dog ate something she shouldn't of. She threw it up but then started acting lethargic. We took her in to the emergency vet at 10pm and they gave her an xray but didn't let us see it. The vet said she had an unusual gas pattern she didn't like but didn't say she saw anything else. I brought my dog in because I fully believed that she was having a reaction to the medication she had been on for a bladder infection. I had stopped giving her the medication and explained that to the med tech and doctor. They recommended I leave her overnight to be watched carefully. Not even an hour after leaving her there, I get a call from the doctor who tells me she went into anaphylactic shock after she administered the medication I spoke against through IV. Toke my dog with broken femur, 5 hours later I sought a second opinion after a 7k quote. Worst experience ever.. can’t even begin to tell the experience my dog and I went thru. Please read reviews and stay away from this place, there’s a special place for the people who own and oversee such a horrible place.

February 2019 this business ordered baseline bloodwork for a non-critical eye problem in my 7 year old Labrador mix. They withheld elevated liver enzyme levels then adminstered drugs further damaging his liver and killing him 3 weeks later. Total paid: $1500. Undeserving of 1 star.

I am beyond words about this place. We took our baby there in an emergency state, she was taken back away from us, we waited 3.5 hours, thinking she was being treated, but we finally asked and were told she hadn’t even been seen. She was in obvious distress, so we took her away from this awful place and took her to Winston Salem. We’re sitting here now and in fifteen minutes we’ve gotten better care than Greensboro even thought about giving. I will report them to the BBB and the licensing boards.
