These people are out to take advantage of you because they know you’re in a vulnerable situation. They performed surgery on my dog only to be told by their veterinarian a day after that she most likely didn’t really need the surgery. I was still charged thousands of dollars and my dog is suffering from dangerous after-effects because of having the unnecessary surgery and not even being sent home with antibiotics. We’ve come back for issues that were caused by the unnecessary surgery and now are being taken advantage of once ... read more
We brought our 11-year-old cat to this clinic after he broke one of his top canine teeth and appeared to be in pain. We called to let them know we had arrived and why we were there. The receptionist told us to wait in the parking lot and that there were a few urgent patients they were working on so it may be a while. Understandable. El es “ Papi “ el mejor hijo que pudimos tener .. gracias Carolina Veterinary Speciaists por atenderlo
I definitely do not recommend this vet for an emergency. Our kitten needed help and after a three hour wait in the parking lot, we decided to go elsewhere. At approximately six hours they called to see where we were in the parking lot!
took good care of my dog but $725.00 later they couldn't tell me what was wrong
Yes, they are expensive but you are taking your pet to a specialist with advanced training. Dr. Muse saved my schnauzer who got into a fight with a much larger dog. Three days and three surgeries later, Apollo is home. I got called twice a day with updates and know he got excellent care.
They are very compassionate and are so kind. Three young girls helped me today and they were top notch. They were extremely busy with critical emergencies and somehow still managed it all and were so fast and efficient and sympathetic. I sincerely appreciate their expertise, hard work, and their kindness to me and my family on this hard, hard day. ❤️
Crazy prices and so glad we chose After Hours Veterinary Emergency Clinic instead!!!! 2500.00 minimum for stitching my 4 pound dogs eye up
Our vet recommended this place because he could not determine what was the cause of our dogs limping. First we had to go to the location in Winston for our initial visit with a specialist. They told us our pet would be ready for pick up at 1pm. I arrived around 2 when I got off work. I called as soon as I got there and it took them 2 hours to bring my dog out. That was after I had to call several times. Now I am at the Greensboro location for a follow up appointment which was scheduled for 3. Again it took over an hour for t... read more
